Depression

Unfortunately one of the most prevalent issues plaguing today's population is depression, and nearly every person will experience it at some point. Normally felt as a feeling as an intense feeling of deep sadness, depression can seriously impact a persons ability to be productive and happy. 

Depression can effect everything from your motivation to your appetite, but for most people only lasts for short period of time, with bouts resulting from loss or tragedy lasting longer but still manageable.
